Security Alarm Systems

Are you premises fully protected?

Security is the most important factor for your home or business, and there are many security measures you can take to protect your premises from would be intruders. One of the most secure measures you can take is to install a security alarm system.

There are two basic types of security and alarm systems you can purchase for installation. All security alarm systems are designed to achieve the same purpose; to deter a break-in attempt. Our security alarm systems can be wired to cover all potential entries into your premises, including doors and windows. The level of security you prefer is a matter of choice, but the basic decision to make is whether or not you want the security alarm system to be monitored by an outside source or not.

Our security alarm systems can set off an alarm when unauthorized entry is detected, or it can also be connected to a monitoring service or dial your mobile phone. In many cases, a loud audible alarm is enough to deter a potential criminal.

However, services that monitor home security systems automatically dispatch police, fire and rescue upon detection of a security breach. Depending on the system, an alarm monitored by a security company may be either silent or audible.

When choosing a security alarm system, consider what you hope to achieve. If you live in an area with high crime rates or in a rural area with few or no neighbours, or if you travel frequently, you may want to consider a monitoring service. If you live in an apartment building or a suburban neighborhood where a neighborhood watch is effective, you may feel secure with an audible home-wired system.

Before you decide which type of security alarm is right for your premises, let us consult with you to discuss your options.
