At ITS (Information Technology Services) we place customer service and
satisfaction at the top of our organisational goals.
We will endeavour to carry out all services professionally and competently with the aim of satisfying customer needs and solving customer problems.
Due to the dynamic nature of the internet, there is no flat rate for the contruction of a web site.
The rate charged for the construction of your web site will depend on following factors:
- the number of web pages required
- the complexity of artwork and graphics
- the types of services made available through the web site
- the level of interactivity
- the level of programming required
- DNS registration, Web Hosting and Search Engine Placement
The rate charged to construct your web site will be fully discussed with you so that you understand all the costs associated with the construction of your web solution.
We will discuss your networking needs with you before commencing any work.
Our networking services are charged in two ways:
Purchase network administration services to complete small tasks at a fixed hourly rate of $90, or
Negotiate a fixed price to implement your network solution will be quoted after consultation. This quote will depend on the following factors:
- network operating system configuration
- number of workstations required
- number of resources required to share
- cabling requirements
- level of user configuration
- level of security configuration
On-site or In-house technical support for Hardware/Software repairs and installation are charged at the current service rate:
- Service call (South-Eastern suburbs) - First hour $45 (min charge)
- Hourly rate thereafter $45
(these rates do not include parts or software)
