After having used ITS – Security & Surveillance once before in the past to replace our existing black and white CCTV camera system with a new 16 Channel DVR and 16 cameras for our shopping centre in Patterson Lakes, we called upon their services once again for our new shopping centre complex project.

An additional 16 channel DVR with 16 vandal proof colour IR cameras were installed in our newly constructed complex last year.

ITS - Security & Surveillance was the successful tenderer and installer of the professional CCTV surveillance system for our newly constructed state of the art Early Learning Centre in Oakleigh in October 2011. The system included indoor and outdoor security cameras linked back to a digital recording device that could be accessed via our computer network system. It also included a system for the back up of recorded images.

Running one café is a challenging task for most people let alone running four. This is the reason why we sought out and used the services of ITS – Security & Surveillance for the installation of a CCTV Surveillance System at each of our four cafés situated at Clayton, Oakleigh, Nunawading and Waverley.

Being highly recommended to us, each site was setup with internet access, a Digital Video Recorder and CCTV Surveillance Cameras. Not only can we access each café from our iphone but we also have CMS software installed on our PC at one location giving us the ability to access and monitor all of the cameras on one computer screen.

The system has saved us countless hours on the road travelling between sites as certain management tasks can now be completed without the need to physically visit each café.

We engaged the services of ITS – Security & Surveillance to complete the installation of a video doorphone system for our three high end double storey townhouse development in Mordialloc.

Two video doorphones were installed in both townhouses, one downstairs and one upstairs, which allows communication between the two indoor stations as a normal intercom would, as well as the ability to see who is outside from both indoor stations.

The outdoor stations with the inbuilt cameras were installed at two different locations on the property. The first was installed at the gate leading into the entrance of townhouse 1 and this has the ability to control the electric strike on the gate. The outdoor stations for townhouse 2 and 3 were installed at the base of the driveway leading to townhouse 2 and 3.

We found ITS – Security & Surveillance to be extremely thorough in the completion of their work and they consulted with us throughout the entire installation to resolve any potential problems giving us a sense of piece of mind.
